As long as it’s not a safety concern, that’s their standard. Don’t waste your time or money here, their warranty means nothing.

I had no hesitation taking my newer truck to them when my power steering system began acting up after I installed a new battery. They had the correct bolt for the battery connector, slid that on, test drove my truck and said no charge. I was pleased with their honesty and service. I will be a return customer, and would recommend Brakes Plus to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.
- KCKristine ChildersOct 27, 20251.0I took my Honda in for new shocks & struts. I was called and given a whole list of things that were wrong. I had them finish the shocks & struts & they also replaced sway bar links. They told me I needed new tie rods. I decide to take my vehicle straight to another repair shop less than 2 miles away for a second opinion. They did a inspection and found a new leak on a axel boot. I was also told I did not need tie rods. I had some repairs done at the new shop, but Brakes plus would not reimburse me for any of the costs to repair the leak.
