- KJKelis Jimmerson3 days ago5.0I went To Brakes press on 48th because of a situation that happened with my window at Walmart 27th when I only went there for an oil change , It was terrible customer service manager being unprofessional.. I needed somewhere to go to get my window fixed because it’s cold outside and it was Sprinkling rain. I called Breaks plus on 48th as soon as they answer the phone it just light my day a little more because it was just positive energy. I got here and Grant and Kyan, we’re amazing they understood especially Grant because I had a little more interaction (conversation ) with him. They we were able to get the problem fixed that Walmart couldn’t. With way more gratitude and willingness. I would say my experience here was amazing!! And I do plan to come back.
- J4jlapp 4024 days ago5.0Needed some help with with some advice and a little air for a tire.. with that said no other people in the area would help cause there air systems aren't regulated or some excuse and I couldn't find any within reason and my truck wouldn't start these guys the district manager and the manager were there and they were so helpful and very polite it was awesome with I needed a actual service done besides asking for a quick hand but they're there for you so I recommend them to anyone I hear that'll need services in the areas they offer cause respect and care is impossible to find now days

- IHits HavloxNov 8, 20251.0Scheduled an appointment at 5 a.m. for a 2 p.m appointment. Rushed after work to get to appointment at 2:05. Was told it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait which was fine. But as I just got done talking to the clerk/attendee an older gentleman came in. And requested an oil change for a thirty minute wait time. Which the attendee said that wasn't really possible. Then as they talked the clerk/attendee either felt bad or thought they could make a baller move do it and failed. Because I will never go back there ever again. I've taken several cars throughout the ten years i've lived here, to that location here in lincoln, and have never felt disrespected before in my life. I don't care if it's your grandma your great great grandma i had an appointment scheduled. I needed this done and I waited over an hour and they still hadn't pulled my car in. Have fun breaks plus.
