I went to the store knowing what I wanted, but not exactly what I needed. Neil was able to help me figure out what I needed, and did a fantastic job of installing it for me. He took the extra time to show me the problem with one of my battery clamps; it was heavily corroded and ready to break. He installed everything in a short amount of time and I was on my way! Excellent work, Neil! Thank you!

Do not ever shop here! Ever! They have an employee who is completely unprofessional. I walk in, get some new headlights, go to check out and this employee asks if I need anything else. I say, yeah, I have a check engine light on, could I get the free diagnostic on it. He asks if I could wait a couple min so the next person can be helped. Sure, I can wait a couple min. I go outside. 10 min rolls by. I come back inside. He barely acknowledges me. I wait another 5 min, then finally say, excuse me sir, I've been waiting 15 min. Can I get helped? And he blows up on me about how this customer is buying $500 worth of stuff and did i buy $500 worth of stuff and this service is free so I don't deserve this free service unless I want to pay $500 or wait until the entire store is served and he feels like helping or I can go somewhere else. He just berates me and talks down to me all for asking for some help that he promised 15 min ago and that all of your signs promote. Then he goes on blaming his co-worker and i have to wait 5 more min before his co-worker kindly helps me out. The diagnostic is literally a 1 min test with another min to pull it up on the computer. Dude made me wait 20 min and talked down to me when I politely asked to be helped after waiting that long all for a 2 min test. If you're going to promote these different services and diagnostics then you need to do them immediately, with a smile, and not whine and moan, berate and talk down to customers who request those services. Terrible treatment, terrible employee, will never ever return here and I would highly recommend all customers to never come to this store. Just disgusting
UPDATE: It's been 12 days and no one has reached out to me like they said they would to rectify the situation. Autozone does not care about their customers at all. Do not shop here ever!

Neil is the bomb . Com!!!!! Helped me change out my battery and test it! Was very helpful and explained stuff so I could understand and learn myself! Never let him go!
