Ricky answered my call right away and even though they were about to close, he told me to come in and he said he’d do whatever is needed to help me out. He was a lifesaver and switched out our battery so we could make it to work the next day. 10/10 will come back to this location for all my cars needs

Your company should tip the Uber drivers who run parts for you. You’re hurting our acceptance rates. I just had an order come up for me to earn $2.29 total (paid by Uber) to drive your parts around town. Thanksgiving Eve with 25 degree wind chill. Hardly covers fuel costs. I’ve delivered for AutoZone before and they don’t ever tip. I won’t accept your deliveries anymore but for those who do, take care of them!!

Amazing lady was so nice to my daughter who is not only female but 1.5 years old as she became distressed in store. Everyone was so patient to even a new mom and silly pre-toddler
