The lady there was beyond helpful — she cleaned all the gunk off my battery and tightened everything up. Later, the light came back on, so I went to another AutoZone where Sean helped me out. He tested the battery and found it was only at about 8%. Sean went above and beyond and charged it for me for FREE! It took about 30–40 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. Sean was professional, patient, and super knowledgeable. The two ladies at the front were also amazing — friendly, kind, and helpful the whole time. I left feeling truly taken care of. Huge thanks to Sean and the AutoZone team for their top-notch service! 👏
