    Hector is the man! He’s been helping me out for years and has lots of knowledge. I came in with bare minimum information about my daughter’s car. I described a small tiny plastic piece that broke off the intake that has a rod passing through it on a ford 4.6L Without looking it up he said he knew exactly what I needed. Said something about a Dorman hard to find, and no kidding he came back with the 4 tiny circle pieces I needed. Even told me a story about how the last time he sold the exact same part was in 2020, COVID time, for a Lincoln 4.6. It’s rare these days to see a person stay with a company for a long time. As a customer it just builds trust and confidence that I will be taken care of. Thanks Hector keep up the great work and don’t go anywhere!

    What an amazing staff! Quickly determined I needed a new battery for my Toyota using some sci-fi Star Trek device and then installed it as I was grabbing my tools to do it myself. I’m a fan for life and will just come buy stuff to promote the store and their staff. Thank you!

    Actually zero stars!! I showed up at 1pm on Thanksgiving to pick up an online order that I did 45 minutes prior. The website said they were open all day and that the order would be fulfilled and ready for pickup in 30 minutes. So I drove from the next town over and go all the way up there to pick up my order and the doors are locked. There was not a single car in the parking lot, but the lights were on and the “OPEN” sign was lit up. I tried calling the store twice with no answer and no voicemail. Pretty poor customer service. I would not be upset if they closed on Thanksgiving, as I would actually support it, but not being open when you say you’re going to be open it’s just poor customer service, and a poor customer experience. I shop your competitors as well and they do a much better job. I hope you can use this gut punch as a reality check to raise your standards!
