  If I could leave them no stars but still leave a review I would. Reserved an SUV back in March. Showed up at the time of reservation 5 months later and they did not have an SUV. Guy at the counter could really care less and didn’t offer a viable solution. Horrible experience and would strongly encourage everyone not to go through Budget. The fact he could really care less about the issue was even worse.

  They charged me $75 for cleaning the car. However, they had told me the interior cleaning is free and their responsibility.

  A smoking charge was placed on my bill when the vehicle was dropped off. The person who processed my rental had pictures of burns and ashes, so there was no dispute it had at some point been smoked in. Since I haven't smoked in over 12 years, I was forwarded from the manager over to the claims manager. The claims manager was extremely friendly and agreed to remove the charge after speaking with me and reviewing the case. While the experience was not pleasant, I understand a "perfect storm" of events occurred that put me in that situation and I do not blame the staff for holding their grounds. I am very appreciative of the claims manager for giving me the benefit of a doubt. Otherwise vehicle was great, and the staff who got my rental setup was pleasant.

  Horrible location to rent from I was originally quotes $137.05. A week after my rental they finally posted my credit card for $285. Needless to say I was not happy but that's just the cherry on top, lets start with when I picked up my rental. Rental pickup time was 7:00 A.M. which was when I arrived to pick up my rental, I then had to wait 15minutes for the employee to pull in and open the store. I set my pickup time due to work conflict I might add. After 15 mintues of her having to open store and finally put the OPEN sign up it was 7:30. To start off they did not have the SUV that I ordered as well as confirmed two days prior instead they had a Dodge Ram Mega Cab. The vehicle was great, getting 10MPG less was not. After traveling through multiple states the extra MPG would have been nice! The lady stated that if I wanted a SUV they would try to get me one but I would have to come back later, which with work was not an option so I just took the truck. Secondly, After 30 minutes on and off the phone with whoever her boss was I finally was able to get the truck. I am only 24 but my driver whose license was registered as "driver" is 32. When I got my bill I was charged an extra $20.00 per day for having a driver that was under 25 although the individual listed as "driver" is well over that, which I found funny because the individual suggested that we make sure to put him down as a driver so we wouldn't get charged that extra daily fee. SUPRISE SUPRISE. Needless to say I would NEVER use this rental place again. I also wrote Priceline a review for this place since that is who I initially had my reservation through to no longer include this location due to poor customer service and multiple surprise charges.
