  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus today. I had my front brakes fixed. Damon and Sean were honest and helpful. They did not try to upsell me and made an unexpected expense easier to take care of. Sean also let me know which other repairs I need to get taken care of and when they need to be done. I will go back for my other repairs.

  As someone who doesn’t know anything about cars they were very helpful with explaining things!! Also gave advise on other stuff that is wrong related to what I got done. Plus all of the staff were very friendly!!

  Great service from Sean and the gang here. Been here a bunch of times and whenever you get an oil change, they always do a free 20 point inspection on your car so you always know what else needs to be fixed and replaced. Great spot.

  When I needed genuine people most, they were there. Moving across country and my 22 year old jeep finally kicked the bucket... (should've seen that coming, but hindsight is 20/20). Damon coates and his young associate (didn't get his name) went above and beyond to inform us and give us an no frills assessment on how to tackle the problem. Ultimately, for me and my new family the best course of action was to scrap the old wagon, recoup our losses, and make way to our final destination. I probably won't be back in Lincoln anytime soon but if I was, and needed a look at my vehicle, I would go out of the way to bring it to these folks.
