  the guys over there are great people very trusting and will walk you though the whole thing and make you feel that you have the power over your car unlike dealerships lee is one of the best managers that store has had in a long time

  Honest. Competetively priced. Friendly & explain things well. I work as a hospital nurse & spend time with patients explaining what's happening with their body in a way they can understand & what the doctor thinks will help, also in a way they can understand. Then explaining the benefits & risks of both doing the recommended thing or not doing the recommended thing so they can make choices for themselves about what comes next. This Brakes Plus location is just like that, but a car hospital :) They *always* take the time to explain what they're seeing, what it means, show it to me up on the lift if needed, & price out different options as needed. When I do choose a service, it has always come out at or under the quote. I've been a customer for about 2 years with 2 vehicles. Routine maintenance and unexpected repairs. I appreciate that when I come in for maintenance they give me a checklist from their inspection that includes wear/tear on things likely to need repair down the line as well as upcoming manufacturer recommended maintenance & can price it out ahead of time. Allowing me to budget before there's a problem. I'll admit, sometimes the wait is a bit longer than estimated (not always) but I know it's because they're doing a thorough job and in the service industry unexpected things happen. At least they have high speed Wi-Fi while waiting 😊 I appreciate the way Lee and his team treat every person & vehicle like it's valuable & important whether it's my late model SUV or my kid's 15yr old limp-along-through-high-school. And especially in an industry that has a reputation for taking advantage of women in particular (who are sometimes expected to be "dumb" about their cars) I feel very well taken care of

  I was having an oil leak bad. They took a look at it and was going to be a nice amount, but was worth doing, than to buy a new car, make payments ect... Lee, asked me if I could stay for a minute. He came back and between the print off he had, he pulled up on the computer and started showing me, telling me how they were going to handle it if I gave them my business. He talked me through all the parts, all the labor, what all they needed to do ect... walked me thought it. Every bolt, every piece of my car, parts. All of it. Made sure I understood. I asked questions ect.. they had to go to the middle of my motor. He called with up dates. 48th and O st and 15th and pioneers Blvd they do a Wonderful job, nice, polite
