  I went in to return something (which I did with no problems) then I asked the woman helping me about changing my windshield wiper blade and she actually went outside and did it for me. I'd had several men try and fail but she did it with no problems at all. Thank you so much. I can't remember her name but she's been there forever and she is super knowledgeable about her job. She was vertu friendly and helpful. Now that's customer service! Give that woman a raise.
