  Terrible wash! We paid a little over $30 with tax. We still had bugs on the windshield and dirt/mud in the wheel wells. It also left water spots everywhere because the dryer didn’t work well.

  Went through the car wash my car did not get pushed out and it rolled back into the car behind me and they are claiming that it was my fault saying I hit the break and put the car in reverse which is absolutely not true. It’s a six speed manual you see my hands are in my lap. No brake lights are on and you see the car get picked up and dropped back down and it rolls because it’s a neutral. This is absolutely ridiculous. They also won’t take a phone call. They will only email me when I was there, the person also said not to worry he knows that he knew it wasn’t my fault and they’ve been having problems with the exit.

  I have been a rocket wash member since 2017 when they open the first one on 84th and Giles. They used to be a quality wash. Now no matter which one I visit. The car is rarely clean. There is always some sprayers that don’t work. They buff n shine thing never comes down. Car is always wet everywhere. Also they switched to rubber bristles to wash the vehicles with and they scratch the ever living crap out of my vehicles. They don’t spray bug or prewash on anymore. It’s gone down hill so far so fast. All the other washes have caught up and surpassed them. Tommy’s express is the new best in town.

  Paul at the La Vista, NE location went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my account when I was issued a refund and it wasn’t getting refunded correctly. He thanked me for my patience but he was just as patient with me and very helpful and informative. End result, I got my refund and all is good! I also just love this location!

  Parking lot layout is confusing, and there are not enough vacuum spaces for the amount of traffic that they had. I was not able to get a vacuum in because all spots were full and there was a a line.
