  Went thru the car wash on 3-7-26 and the tire shine machine pushed my vehicle to the right over the rail and brush causing damage to my right front rim and flattened the tire with a large gash in the side wall. I had to arrange and pay for a tow truck to the repair shop and purchase a new rim and tire just to get the vehicle drivable. The rim had to be ordered and they will not cover a rental for a week and want me to get 2 bids for the front bumper and air dam valance. All of this occurring on my time. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Not one phone call to ask me how I’m doing and assuring me the will get my vehicle repaired. We had to reach out first to see how things will be handled. On Tuesday 2 days after the damage they finally emailed to give us all the things we need to do to get the vehicle repaired. Do not use this car wash. I understand accidents happen all they needed to do to reassure me they are there to help.

  Awesome facilities, love being a member and how easy it is to get a car wash! The free vacuums are also an awesome addition.

  The LaVista location is Awesome! They are always so patient with me as I try to get on the "Track" Its so hard at that location, but the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Thanks for the Extra bug spray, I was on a road trip!

  The wash at 144th and center definitely has issues. I have never once been through there one time and had my windshield clean. I always have to go to the smaller wash on 84th street to get a better wash. Why is that??? So 144th still i give 2 stars but 84th street is give 4!
