    Very rude and pushy. After the employee at the entrance told me to shut up and listen to them about membership details. Thats the last time I ever go there.

    I got an unlimited plan the moment this location opened. The staff are friendly and professional. The real problem comes with their costumer service. After the carwash broke my side mirror, I made a report with the manager. The manger came out took down my information, took pictures, filled out forms and assured me that I would hear from costumer service in a week or two. Costumer service never called, I came back and asked for help in person and again, and I was given the same show but, like last time, there was no contact from costumer service. In the end I replaced my mirror and canceled my unlimited car wash plan.

    It has been a month trying to get a hold of customer service. No reply, no attempt to smooth over the situation. Scratched my clear coat. Advertised as touch less at this location, it is not! Brushes are dirty and knocked my mirrors in.
