A gentleman explained it was under new ownership and how the process would work. While I sat in my vehicle it was serviced. I was given a bottle of water since it was a warm day. My air filter was shown to me and they said it could wait to be changed. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. It was simple, fast, and I was on my way. I will return for my next oil change!
