- MSMark StoetzelMay 14, 20253.0I am glad it was installed properly but after having an appointment made quite bit in advance nearly 4 hours was a long time to have to spend waiting when I had many other things that needed done. my install was stalled each time an oil change or minor repair came into the shop and was told it could take an hour or 2 more than it did so for that I was less than impressed. If you schedule an appointment then they should pull you car in and work on it until the job is complete but instead since it was intoxalock install if something came in while doing it they stopped on my car and worked on the new car that had just came in
