I was sent away with the promise they would call as soon as vehicles were available. I have yet to receive a call a week later and unable to reach this location on the phone. What a joke

Got checked in. Then, day of rental 6 hours before pickup time, they call me to let me know they don't have that vehicle available and won't. Nothing they could do. Extremely frustrating!! Ended up having to spend extra time and money getting a different car, from a different company in Grand Island.
