Even though there was a line of people (the Husker game had just gotten over) the man working, Jim J., was very helpful and even after I managed to ruin the old grommets he helped me find new ones that would fit perfectly. As a district manager for a chain of convenience stores I found this to be very refreshing and wish all of my employees would handle customers as he did. Door locked im not amused now I have to rearrange time again to do what I need to do to keep my car running without it breaking on me.
