    After definitely putting my car in neutral and taking my foot off the gas pedal, my car got pulled forward by the wash system into the vehicle in front of me and the corporate office refused to take responsibility claiming that the forward movement is evidence that it was not in neutral.

    First time went through broke my mirror cost me 300.00 to have fixed talked to Rockets insurance company said we are not at fault not our problem. So I won't ever go there again lots of car washes for 300.00 place is a joke don't go there damage from there car wash will not pay for it buyer beware!!!!
