  I came in 2 weeks ago to get 2 tires fixed that were slowly leaking. I was told I needed rear brakes. Drivers side was worn down, passenger side was fine. Needed brakes and calipers. I had to come up with financing so I didn’t jump on it right away plus you guys just replaced these brakes barely a year prior. They started grinding the next day. Ended up learning how to change the brakes myself for $50 in parts instead of the $700+ I was quoted. And while doing that found 2 bent rims. Came to get the wheels warrantied out as I had purchased them from you about 6 months ago. Was told you could file the paperwork but nothing would be done by the company so I would just have to purchase more rims. I must have hit a curb or a pothole because I drive too rough. And the icing on the cake, your mechanics knew the wheels were bent when I came to get the tires fixed 2 WEEKS AGO! But y’all were so worried about getting more money from me to replace brakes that you sold that malfunctioned that no one bothered to tell me the rims were bent. You just keep taking advantage of a single mom by selling her overpriced products and parts that you won’t even stand behind. Act like you guys are doing me a huge favor when you’re just screwing me over time and time again. I’ve spend more $ than I’d like to admit in the past 2 years.

  Put tires and rims on friends suv and bent two and charged her 1500 for the work but won't stand behind there shit work

  What a great experience! We were traveling through and we hit curb and put a hole in the side wall of the tire. After getting some pricing, one of the guys thought to check the warehouse and and a new take off was available! Got us back on the road in under an hour. Thanks!
