The prices were comparably higher, they seemed to be eager to skim past some of my questions regarding the type of oil I should use and "up sale" me. The part that did not impress me at all was when the oil change was done, I was given the receipt and if I had not taken the time to read it, I wouldn't have known they noted there was an "excessive oil leak", I had to go back in and ask them to explain what they saw and what their interpretation of what they saw was. In my book, a "mechanic" should always tell about and explain what they saw and offer solutions for the "problem", it the customer has to ask, they have failed ☹️
