    I’ve experienced this several times with AutoZone. I get placed on hold, then multiple different employees pick up and ask the same questions, only to put me back on hold again. It’s frustrating and feels very disorganized. I’ve also been told parts would arrive the next day, but when I call to check, I’m told they’re not there. Then when I call back again, I’m told they actually were there the first time. That kind of inconsistency makes it difficult to plan and rely on your service. I understand that new employees may be in training, but this has happened more than once. We rely on you to help keep our vehicles running. Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly call to check on parts—there should be proactive communication when orders arrive. Please do better. Communication and organization make a big difference.

    I called regarding a part for my truck and they immediately hung up and didn’t help me. I went to Oreillys and they got me the exact part I needed within minutes, the customer service here drastically needs improvement.

    If I could give this staff 10 stars I would. Awesome staff and Awesome service, replaced my headlight bulbs and added oil, friendly and helpful.
