I sent them a text message to let them know we did this and they wrote back that same night saying that was absolutely ok and they would be in touch tomorrow. Where else can you get that type of service?! The answer is no where! They called me first thing in the morning to let me know they would have some answers that day. The communication and follow through with this team is unmatched. We are very happy with Koplin to take care of our cars!
