  Poor! Purchased a vehicle and thankfully an extended warranty on 10/29. That same evening I noticed the transmission was not shifting smoothly and immediately contacted the salesperson. I was told they would “handle it” if something was wrong. Within days I brought the vehicle in and was advised to use the extended warranty and they would pay my $100 deductible. I was then scheduled to pick up a loaner vehicle, 26 days after my original purchase. The loaner was dirty inside and out, had no heat in 30-degree weather, stalled twice on the road, and smelled badly inside. I took it back right then, service person said no way, went and tried to start it, came back in and said to his service peers “that’s what that smell was” and ultimately was found to have a blown engine. After driving a significant distance to get this loaner, I was told there were no other options available, so I drove home in my vehicle, called the salesman and requested he talk with his manager and figure out something for this very dissatisfied customer. He said they were working on a solution for my dissatisfaction. I have never got a dissatisfaction solution offer of any kind. Communication throughout the process was poor with no proactive updates or check-ins. I repeatedly had to request updates, and got promises to “make it right” which never materialized. First loaner vehicle was not properly inspected or cleaned, second was not cleaned, and exhaust fumes leaked into the interior. I finally got my purchased vehicle back 52 days after the original purchase. I would not recommend or will I purchase another vehicle from them.

  This was hands down the best experience I had buying a car. When we arrived the car of our interest was warmed up and ready for a test drive. We were given the absolute best deal and top notch customer service from Brandon and Patrick. We left the dealership in under 3 hours with keys in hand.

  From our first phone call to driving our new Ford Explorer off the lot, every single step of the buying and trade in process was not only easy and timely, but done with the utmost professionalism and personal care. Tony and Brandon were amazing in going through the Ford promotions, the excellent warranty options, the services offered, tailoring it down to helping set up the mobile app and syncing it with the onboarding of the vehicle to work seamlessly. They made it work for us, not the other way around. We wanted to give Diers Ford a shot at our next vehicle purchase because of their absolutely top notch support of community activities and local schools, and we are SO glad we did. We may never buy another vehicle anywhere else as long as the process goes as smoothly and easily as it did with the personnel at Diers in our most recent experience.
