He answered our questions and didn't hesitate to let us take a fancy whip out for a test drive. We walked in with financing ready from the bank but we had a bit of friction with that. A call to our bank concierge got it all sorted out after a bit(shoutout to Princess at US Bank) They asked for a small refundable deposit to hold the vehicle even though the loan funding was already available. I also had to text them a few days after we took possession to remind them to refund the deposit - which was done quickly after that. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience. The car is really nice and my wife loves it. Thank you to everyone at Diers!
