  I went to subway at this pilot the guy he don’t like his job or wht i don’t know or he don’t know how to make sandwiches theres no rush no customers ahead or behind nothing he just throwing veggies not listening to me what i want makeing mess 0 rating for subway if i say i need this nd that not responding anything other than pilot is good

  0-Star Review I stopped at this Pilot Flying J location, purchased coffee, and then used the shower facilities. After finishing, I came back downstairs to buy cigarettes and food, and that is when I realized I had accidentally left my wallet behind. I immediately went back to retrieve it. My wallet was returned to me, but the cash inside was missing. I reported the matter right away because I was completely certain the money had been there beforehand. Instead of receiving the level of professionalism and concern a customer should expect, the situation was not handled seriously. Those of us in trucking rely on Pilot Flying J locations every day for fuel, rest, and service. That trust matters. Incidents like this damage confidence and should be addressed properly with honesty, accountability, and respect for drivers.

  Good luck if you can get in or out of the parking lot due to non intelligent drivers or if you can get into the bathrooms if they are in working order and over 3/4 of the washing machines are broken can’t get your clothes washed

  Worst truck stop ever! Don't waste your time or money. First of all the food is awful, and of poor quality. The Tea had an aftertaste of Pepsi, the BBQ Sauce tasted like burnt hookah tobacco, the "Homemade Ranch" had the taste and consistency of cheap mayonnaise. Our waitress was awful and sloppy as well. To end our experience, my husband wanted to get me a pecan Cinnabon(I have never had one, and still have not.). We stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting for someone and the people working at the registers and walking through the store never acknowledge us. Bare in mind utensils are sitting out, baking pans, icing and the ovens were on. My husband finally attempted to ask the cashier if anyone was working at the Cinnabon and he was ignored twice. We ended up having to stand in line at the checkout line to ask the very rude jerk for a 3rd time if there was anyone working and his response was they're closed. Personally, if they were actually closed and left everything sitting out like that and dirty... I don't want to eat ANYTHING from there. I suggest going ANYWHERE but here!

  If anyone is complaining about this place, go find another career. I’ve been to pilots all over the country and haven’t seen one as nice as this. Huge lot, spacious showers and over all clean environment. Stop complaining about little things and enjoy places and maybe your life would be better
