- THTerri HadleyNov 9, 20253.0The lot itself is horrid and dirty and "professional drivers" do what they want and park how they want with no consideration of others. The laundry area is also horrid with 2 out of 3 washers working. There were 3 working dryers out of 5. It was very dirty in there. It does not help that some bring in thier tattered and torn rugs to wash. I am sure the frayed ends of these types of rugs do not help in keeping the machines operational. The signs say to use coins (conis) only for washers and dryers but the coin machine is also out of order. That was nice and helpful. The shower was good with pressure and hot water. I will also say all the staff I encountered were pleasant. I prefer fountain drinks but that too was out of order so I had to pay an arm and a leg for a bottle soda. That was nice too. My biggest problem with all of this is that this is a very busy stop. A lot of people go in and out. There is a lot of revenue coming in to the business so I am not sure why are things out of order and not taken care of. It didn't help that as we went to leave, a fellow "professional driver" threw something liquid like out his window and it splashed onto our newly washed truck. That was super nice too. People need to do better.

- DRD RichOct 2, 20254.0This place is way better than it was. I haven't been here in years because of the cell phone blocker but it appears to be gone now, I hope they paid big fines! Showers work well, and there are plenty of them. Little pissed that the drip coffee was empty, I mean you have 1 job in the morning especially people.
