I read some of the other reviews and it seems like all of the issues your customers are having could easily be solved with a low budget app overhaul. As someone who needs prepaids and to reload cards all the time, that's a priority. Also, idk if this helps, I went to college for marketing, but the energy drink promotions are getting awful everywhere and they're a daily staple for people. Would give most of my business to a gas station that had the best prices on my 300mg!
