  The first few times I went through here it did an excellent job, the conveyor belt system is a lot better for wheels to. I though this touch wash was different , but it's not, it will leave micro-scrapes on you vehicle. If the brushes get dirty it will rub that dirt and rocks against your finish. I initially was happy enough that my wife bought me a years worth of gift cards for my birthday. I noticed significant scratches the last wash I did. The supervisor tried to tell me that stainless steel was soft and scratchable?! (With gravel probably). I tried to return the unused gift cards but they said they couldn't refund them.

  I ALWAYS have an outstanding experience at Tommy’s Car Wash! Especially the one in Bellevue, NE. From the moment you drive in, the service was top-notch, but what really stood out was the manager! She truly went above and beyond to help me get signed up and made the whole process incredibly easy and welcoming. You can immediately tell she’s extremely hardworking and takes a lot of pride in what she does. Shes running around the entire facility checking everything, keeping an eye on the customers and team. She’s always patient, professional, and clearly passionate about making sure both the team and the customers are doing everything the right way! It’s rare to see a team so dedicated to creating such a positive experience. Because of her leadership, the whole team and wash is always well-run, organized, and trustworthy. Tommy’s is so lucky to have someone like her representing the business. Honestly…..she deserves gratitude for the level of effort and care she puts into her job. Thank you, Tommy’s, for such a great experience — and a special thanks to that manager, and team for going the extra mile!

  Emma was awesome. The wash is great as well. Plus: No sticker on the windows for your membership and the MAT WASHER IS INCREDIBLE!

  OK, so basically I’m not even writinga review about this place for its car wash, but me and my friend were cruising down the street on our bikes and his bike chain got stuck behind the cassette and we went over to Tommy’s express car. Wash to see if they had some WD-40 and pliers to help us get the bike chain unstuck, and they did and let us borrow it and now my friends bike chain is fixed. Five stars dude was super nice too.
