  I just recently moved here to Nebraska. I was apprehensive about finding a mechanic that was honest and reliable. I started calling around to find a local repair shop to replace my CV joints. I knew the joints were bad before calling due to being mechanically inclined . I got the normal jargon until I reached out to Brakes Plus. Amanda was very pleasant to talk to and she got me the answers I was seeking. She didn’t harp on trying to upsell me , off the bat, like the others did. I brought my truck in and they got it done in a timely manner. As one can imagine I needed my truck operable due to just moving in my new place. It was fixed in a timely manner and they checked in with me often to let me know the progress. Unfortunately the repair had a faulty part and the truck broke again two days later on a Sunday. They conveniently had a key drop box where i was able to have the vehicle on site waiting for them on Monday morning. Ian called first thing to let me know that the truck was in the air and they were working diligently to correct the issue. He was professional and courteous enough to explain in detail what caused the failure . They didn’t come back on me to try and claim other things caused the failure. I never felt that they were trying to get over on me. All and all, they have definitely earned a customer for life with me. I highly recommend Brakes Plus on Pratt. Job well done y’all!!

  Came in for an oil change for an appointment I had at 8AM. I got my tires rotated and filter replaced along with the oil change. Service personnel were friendly and helpful. All though you can’t combine coupons they have a variety for you to pick from and they help pick which saves you the most money.
