- TDTee DeeJan 12, 20261.0Lost a long time customer. I have been going there since the first year they opened. Regularly bringing in several vehicles throughout the years. Never had any problems. Until the brunette girl shop manager took over. 4 services ago I noticed on the receipt stated I had no oil on the dipstick when I arrived. So I made sure to check me and my wife's vehicle the next few services. She lied on the receipt everytime. Im sure it's a way to not be liable if they mess up your vehicle. Also had to tell her to use a fender guard after her belly buttons scraped across it. And then treated me poorly the rest of the service. She also said I had a major leak in my rear end. And my transfer case. So I took it to a GM certified mechanic in town. And absolutely nothing was wrong. The final straw my wife took her vehicle in recently. And when finished the service engine light was on. She went to turn off the vehicle to go tell her. And the vehicle would not stop running even though the key was off. And then she proceeded to tell my wife that it's supposed to do that and the light was already on when she got there. Treating her like she was stupid. Had them check it again. And they disconnected a sensor. And again lied on the receipt. Truly incompetent. There is a couple other problems as well. But this post is long enough. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. My family and I will never bring another vehicle there.
