- RWRichard WarrenApr 20, 20181.0I normally have a good experience at the store, we order pizza every Friday night and the service is normally good same with the pizza, tonight I ordered my pizza they told me 25 minute wait that's fine I got there in 30 minutes my food was never even put in the oven the lady told me 10 minutes I will have a pizza ready I came back picked up my pizza got to the house me and my family went to eat the pizza the pizza was undercooked and still Dowie and therefore called the store Andrea answered the phone and she was rude told me I'd have to wait till tomorrow to have another pizza and therefore told her I'd like to speak with a manager she then proceed to give the phone to her manager but before that she said this guy is weird to the Manager never corrected her on that never said nothing and the manager was not very pleasant either when I went picked up the pizza I told her she needs To address her employe on customer service and customer respect !! Completely rude customer service from the manager all the way and this is why there is a problem there employee Andrea, the rudest person I have ever came in contact with!!
