  I had a very easy experience. My representative was helpful from the beginning to the end. He was super polite and very informative. He has really good energy too. It didn't feel fake it was genuine. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again!

  Call on Tuesday around 3 o’clock spoke with an employee and she said she was the manager of the store. Her name was Chris inquired about renting a car and about being able to use my debit card versus using your credit card as my family has rented cars from enterprise countless times using our debit card with there being a hold on a portion of the funds manager is extremely rude. Continue to cut me off during the conversation had no respect for me as a customer Extremely rude hung up the phone while we were still in the middle of our conversation. Went to call the store back to get her name and she told me to call customer service to file a complaint and just hung up before even providing me the customer service phone number.We are also active duty military family and have used enterprise for several of our moves and different duty stations and have always been able to use our debit card as long as we had our active duty military IDs I’ve never had issues before and when trying to explain that to the manager, she didn’t even want to hear what I had to say before just abruptly cutting me off.I just can’t believe this how a store’s manager can speak to their customers and we still could have booked a reservation with are credit just wanted to know why this location doesn’t allow activity duty members to there military IDs like other locations.

  My first time at experience at Enterprise was fast and reliable service with the clerks. They were polite and helpful with securing me a vehicle as my car was in the shop so I can make it to work. Thanks!
