  This is my opinion and my experience at the north hill Valvoline Cade the Manager acts like a grown child and can’t act properly or professionally, and can’t seem to manage a mature staff, Averi the assistant Manager is ignorant and snaps at her coworkers, and Zoei is lazy and sat in the lobby the entire time I was serviced and was complaining to everyone that she’s cold so she shouldn’t have to work and go home early, which is not the first time I’ve seen it happen. pretty much the only decent people I’ve ever encountered that were professional and polite were Dacia and Andrew which always seemed to work together, so I give them a A+++ but everyone else doesn’t seem to want to show their effort and give great service every time. It feels like I’m inconveniencing them to do the work on my vehicle and that they always have new people staffed every time I come in, so there’s clearly something not going good, Cade is a better manager than the previous one but still lacking in areas. This is not malicious but an eye opener hopefully to the company.

  I was from out of town and I pulled up to their place pulling a trailer. They let me unload the trailer and leave it in the parking lot while they serviced my truck. I just got this truck that had 97,000 miles on it the manager young lady who was very helpful and very kind looked it all up and found out that I needed to service a bunch of oils on my differentials and my transfer case did all that to change my cabin air filter, check tire pressure. They were very kind and polite and made it an enjoyable experience to go there and have my oil changed. The whole crew was very experienced and knew what was going on.
