They come to you and service the vehicle in your own driveway, what's more better than that? They do NOT allow you to speak to an actual person. I had to do a “warranty” appointment. It has been raining non-stop here and I’m afraid my car will be ruined. What’s worse is you can’t even call to get it made right. Even if fixed, the car could still have water damage

Okay, no big deal, but then he didn't show until around 6, started my service, and called not two minutes later to say that the company had ordered the wrong windshield for my truck and they couldn't perform the service. So they rescheduled me, I asked for a discount and luckily they gave me one, but then on the new day that we rescheduled the technician didn't show up or call me until after 5pm. At least this time he had the right windshield. The technicians were nice and I know it wasn't their fault but jeez, you guys need to figure out your scheduling.
