    5 years ago I had a Linex Berliner installed and they did a great job. Recently I needed running boards and thought I would continue doing business with them. I received a phone call telling me the running boards came in; I said I would pick them up on Friday. I showed up at 12:20, only to find they close from noon to 1:00 for lunch. I called and left a message, voicing my frustration. I received a return call wondering why I was upset. I explained that they are open 8-12, 1-5 M-F, when is the average person supposed to pick something up? The response wasn’t apologetic or in any way providing customer service, simply “I’m not sure what the problem is I can return them if you don’t want them”. Shop local they say. I can order something online, from the comfort of my couch, delivered right to my doorstep; why would I invest so much time for the “privilege” of shopping at your store? Rudeness and attitudes won’t keep your business successful.

    The Mandan location has a great team! They were wonderful from start to finish. Great quality service, friendly staff and professional. Affordable prices too. I will return for future truck accessories and installation projects. A big thank you 😊. Jamie

    I own a bodyshop in Mandan. I have been referring customers to Line_X for many years. We dropped off a freshly painted tailgate (on the truck) this week. Got the call from Line-X that tailgate was done. Go to pick it up and find damage to the freshly painted tailgate. Line-X denies they damaged it... Guy even comes out and says "that was there when we took it off". Customer service is the cornerstone of my business. We all make mistakes. This is not how I do business and will never do business with Line-X again.
