  I own a bodyshop in Mandan. I have been referring customers to Line_X for many years. We dropped off a freshly painted tailgate (on the truck) this week. Got the call from Line-X that tailgate was done. Go to pick it up and find damage to the freshly painted tailgate. Line-X denies they damaged it... Guy even comes out and says "that was there when we took it off". Customer service is the cornerstone of my business. We all make mistakes. This is not how I do business and will never do business with Line-X again.

  I had to drive from 2 hours away to have a spray in bedliner done on my husband’s truck and they answered all my questions about the process and experience before I arrived. They knew I was coming with my two young children and even took us to a trampoline park so we wouldn’t have to wait the 3 hours while the liner was being done. And then took my oldest (4 years old) around the garage and showed him everything and answered his million questions. They took amazing care of us and I can not recommend them enough! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. And my husband’s truck bed looks great and will be able to handle the wear and tear we will put on it for years to come.
