Upon returning my rental that I had for a few days in mid January, they said a small piece of plastic from the bottom of the front grille was missing. Further inspection shows a dead bird behind the grille. They say I made the damage. Where in Grand Forks, ND in mid January are you gonna find a bird! It has obviously been there for a while. Then their claims dept calls me wanting to use my insurance to file a claim for a MISSING FRONT BUMPER! We went from small piece of plastic to a missing bumper!? These guys are just looking to make money off false insurance claims! I will never use enterprise again!

- CCC CJan 13, 20261.0Rented a car for a week, then we booked online to keep it another week. Payment was made, bank transfer shows it was taken out of our account, but they show up in my yard with a tow truck and talk to me like I’m a criminal who stole it saying they didn’t get paid. I even offered to pay them on the spot then and they wouldn’t have to tow it and they denied saying it had be towed back and now are going to try to charge me for the tow?! Also the car was junk, vibrated like hell on the highway, and they gave it to us empty on gas but took it with a full tank. Never again! I recommend Avis at the Grand Forks Airport. Never using Enterprise again.
