They told me that my oil filter was over torqued by the last business who did my oil change, that there was damage to the oil filter housing, and that oil was leaking all under my car because of it. They also said they weren’t going to give me a warranty for the issues because they didn’t cause them. So I was charged almost $100 for the oil change and then I called the last people who serviced my vehicle, to see what was going on. I found out, Jiffy Lube didn’t drain all the oil in the oil change, I had an old/bad filter in there, their filter was the one that was over torqued, and they charged me all that money for nothing. The mechanic I went to showed me my “2.5 week-old” oil and it looked like this. They also had to use extra tools in order to get the filter loose after Jiffy lube over torqued it. Jiffy lube scammed me, and I’m never going back.

After the regular oil change they said they didn't have the right tools to service my transmission after messing around with it. Nice guys, shady business practices.
