His team did a great job, superb on changing my oil letting me know what needed to be done and to keep an eye on for futures things that need to get done and they rotated my tires and checked my tires for me. Absolutely excellent customer service!!!

I ended up losing three of them, which caused nearly $2,500 in damage. I’m genuinely lucky my passenger-side tire didn’t come off while driving. When I brought this to their attention, both the store manager and the area manager brushed me off. The store manager even laughed while I explained what happened. To make matters worse, a mechanic told me he’s seen cases where they don’t even replace the oil filters. Overall, this place showed zero regard for customer safety and absolutely no accountability for their mistakes.
