  I had an excellent experience with National Car Rental in Fargo, ND. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the pickup process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. Returning the car was just as smooth and hassle-free. Great customer service and reliable vehicles—I would definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend them to anyone traveling through Fargo.

  Loved the basically brand-new Ram 1500! The team at Hector in Fargo was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about doing their job right.

  Renting a car with National was so easy! The website was easy to navigate, the pickup process was quick and efficient, the employees were courteous and kind…everything went very smoothly. The car I rented was great as well. I’ll definitely use National again!

  Words cannot fully express how thankful I am for Adrian and Hunter at the Fargo Airport National Car Rental! A winter storm messed up our plans to fly home to Nashville, and we were hoping we could rent a car and make the drive ourselves. We talked with Adrian and Hunter for at least half an hour and asked them to calculate the cost of so many different options for rentals. They had the patience of saints while we asked endless questions to make sure we were getting what we needed. We finally came to a decision about a car, and while it was more expensive than we had hoped, we knew we were going to get home and that’s what mattered. We got in our car and were about to pull out of the parking lot when Adrian called to let us know he had found a way to save us more money on our rental. He then spent 10 more minutes fixing our rental agreement and explaining everything that was included in it. We literally saved over $300 because they went out of their way to help us get home affordably. Never in my 24 years of life have I experienced customer service like I did here. We aren’t fully convinced that they were human—they must have been angels sent to help us in our darkest hour. And the story doesn’t even end there. Before I left their booth, they offered me an energy drink I had previously asked them about. Such generosity! Such selflessness! This was the Holy Spirit at work. They will forever be hailed as the greatest rental car employees to roam the earth. We are forever grateful.
