  So easy to pick up and drop off. The rental vehicle was exactly what our family needed for a week.

  The counter person was great and easy check in. The Ford Explorer was what I was looking for and it was great. Enterprise at Fargo. ND is the one to rent from.

  There are no ratings low enough for this company. Booked a full week rental for an entire family and repeatedly called the Enterprise customer service number to advise that our plane was delayed. I was assured that the counter was aware (“I’m messaging them now and they are holding the vehicle for you”). His happened twice, I was assured twice. You guessed it: we finally arrived in Fargo and “Sorry bro no car. We had to give it away”. Nothing else available. “Yeah man that’s unfortunate” This is a joke of a business run by clowns. Avoid at all cost.

  So there was a huge misunderstanding with my rental when we left Las Vegas yesterday morning. So We got to Fargo airport today expecting a big issue with things. We got to the rental return and explained what had happened to an employee by the name of Jayden, not sure of the spelling,,, but the guy was super helpful and understanding about the situation. He offered to fix the miss-hap and proceeded to do so…. I can’t express how thankful I am for his quick thinking on this. It’s people like him that give hope that good customer service is still a thing. Thank you young man
