  I had a great rental experience and even had a free upgraded vehicle through them. The manager and staff were very informed and extremely helpful at answering all my questions and making the rental process easy for me. My insurance had set it up and I have no complaints. Thank y'all for such a wonderful service experience.

  If you do not have an actual credit card DO NOT come here. I just flew in from Kalispell Montana for a funeral with thousands of dollars on my debit card. Since it is not a CREIT card they are unwilling to work with me. Funeral starts in an hour so I get to miss my grandpa's funeral as I am running around Fargo trying to make something work. I will always make sure to inform people of this major setback they put me through and talk badly about enterprise from here in out

  Man, that was honestly incredible. The staff? Super friendly, super helpful—they even topped off my tank and gave the car a full wash before I rolled out. Total class act. I'd pick them again in a heartbeat—definitely recommend.

  My most recent visit was so wonderful. Everybody was fantastic to work with. Mary is a great driver and knows a lot about cars! As well as everybody that was working front counter was so respectful, punctual, nice, and just a general joy to talk to and interact with! This is one of the best customer service experiences I've had period and while renting cars is not something that I plan on doing regularly because this time it was just to bring my car into the shop. If I have to it's definitely going to be with this crew!
