- KRKyle & Kristen Ruopsa3 days ago1.0I recommended that my daughter go to Valvoline for her oil change. Her vehicle has worked perfectly, no issues starting or running throughout this cold winter thus far. They do her oil change and ask her to start the car, it’s dead. They jump her and it starts. She makes her way home and realizes that when she gets home that her fans won’t turn off… until the battery died again. This has never been a problem before having her oil done today. She calls to discuss and was given a very dismissive answer to drive around and charge the battery. She’s a college student, in a place without help, and because they couldn’t provide customer service beyond ‘needing to drive longer than 15 mins’ she is feeing very frustrated and stuck. We definitely do not recommend this place at this point. My mistake.

Went for an oil change today along with a radiator flush and was back on the road in roughly a half hour. Definitely worth it considering how quick they are! I recommend them to everyone!

The service was quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the services offered. Although I declined anything beyond an oil change, the technician informed me of everything he found in the inspection and gave recommendation on maintenance for my vehicle.

Great music and great friendly atmosphere made me feel very welcome and appreciated for my visit.
