  Countless times I’ve tried to give these washes a shot, with light cosmetic dirt these washes still leave brush streaks that show how little they actually make contact with the flat spots on your car. Figured maybe if I get the most expensive option that’ll help, nope still leaves completely obvious untouched dirt spots all over the hood, roof and sides. I expect the rear of the car or hatch to have untouched spots but not the other large surface areas. $28 is a bit steep for this quality of a wash.

  Great location. Staff is always friendly and accommodating! Big shout out to Wes (assistant manager) for fixing my membership situation, which I wasn't aware of. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!

  They are constantly broke down. If they are not completely shut down, then parts of the car wash do not work. This includes mirror cleaners, tire cleaner or brushes for washing parts of your car laying around disconnected. I have left my number twice for a manager to call me to discuss my issues and he refuses to call. I shouldn't have to chase someone down to complain about the constantly broken car wash. Also, the one I use is off of 32nd but yesterday I was in Moorehead and it was down. All lights were on green but there were repair trucks there and one blocking the exit to the car wash with no one sitting in the truck. No employees outside to explain anything. Just horrible management.

  First experience seemed fine, was there to confirm then sign up as a new customer for the first 3 months $15/month for a trial period. But it was NOT UNLIMITED CARWASHES MONTHLY WITH SUBSCRIPTION truly, as I came to find out. I have tried going to this location during weekdays and weekends over the past month while they are supposed to be open and they are not operating. OTHERS LEAVING WITH NO WASHES seen as I check. Tried emailing Chad Winkleman GM of TOMMY'S FARGO to ask whats up. Nothing. Tonight I went to the location off 17th for the third attempt and finally got a wash, however waited in an empty line with workers not looking to see there was I pulled up waiting for the gate to rise. At this point some customer service could help, but the lady working looked upset with her arms crossed and glared when I pulled ahead ad if I had come at an inappropriate time well before 7. I decided I would not bring up my concerns since that is Chad's job to address. I highly recommend anyone who tries Tommy's sign up trial period to use a VISA CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN DISPUTE AND GET YOUR $ BACK if you experience anything less than satisfying which i would expect at this point till they establish themselves aa a good business in Fargo.
