- DDDanny1 day ago1.0First experience seemed fine, was there to confirm then sign up as a new customer for the first 3 months $15/month for a trial period. But it was NOT UNLIMITED CARWASHES MONTHLY WITH SUBSCRIPTION truly, as I came to find out. I have tried going to this location during weekdays and weekends over the past month while they are supposed to be open and they are not operating. OTHERS LEAVING WITH NO WASHES seen as I check. Tried emailing Chad Winkleman GM of TOMMY'S FARGO to ask whats up. Nothing. Tonight I went to the location off 17th for the third attempt and finally got a wash, however waited in an empty line with workers not looking to see there was I pulled up waiting for the gate to rise. At this point some customer service could help, but the lady working looked upset with her arms crossed and glared when I pulled ahead ad if I had come at an inappropriate time well before 7. I decided I would not bring up my concerns since that is Chad's job to address. I highly recommend anyone who tries Tommy's sign up trial period to use a VISA CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN DISPUTE AND GET YOUR $ BACK if you experience anything less than satisfying which i would expect at this point till they establish themselves aa a good business in Fargo.
