He called me again to let me know he would be sooner then expected and made sure that I was ok with it. My technician was very nice and kind and communicated everything. From start to finish was super easy and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

They rescheduled an hour before the appointment to. Had to go home from work the next scheduled time so they would do it or they were going to reschedule again.Not a great company to get windshield from. They are like $250 more than everyone else in fargo.

They even came to my office which made it that much easier. My technician, Terrol, was right on time and called me when he was on his way to let me know when to expect him. He was super professional and very quick too! The total windshield was out and replaced in 45 minutes. He even cleaned my dash as it was dusty when he started and spotless when he was all done! I will 100% use Safelite again and will be recommending them to anyone who needs work on their autoglass.
