I had the BEST experience with your employee, Elmin. I had never been to Fargo before and was overwhelmed with the cold weather on Jan 25, 2026. I was in town on business for 3 weeks. Elmin helped me in the kindest manner and I could not believe someone could be SO NICE. I was and will be forever grateful for his help. You have a gem of an employee!

I am Hertz Presidents Circle but switched to National as I could get National Executive Club status and the pricing was better and the cars Hertz were putting out for PC were not upgrades. I made the switch and haven't looked back, the service, the employees, the cars, everything has been top notch. I have rented 3 cars this week one in Detroit, one in Boise and one in Fargo, all we're brand new and had great features and were top brands as well.
