Jiffy Lube replaced one filter and cleaned another one and suggested that it should be replaced at the next oil change. The service was done promptly and the people I dealt with at the location were all friendly.

The mechanic changed my oil when I asked to check it. However find find a mouse nest in my air filter and am grateful they changed that. They also changed a bulb on my license plate which I did not ask. Overall I understand they need to make money but think of what if I couldn’t afford it? What if I was a single mom on a budget. They charged $200 for all that. If I had a 10mm I would have changed the head light by myself. I found a video on YouTube and it didn’t look difficult at all.
