    We were treated so poorly by the attendant Riley-he raisex his voice at us, rolled his eyes at us and trapped us in the airport by refusing to retrieve a carseat we had called before to reserve. We emailed the Asst Manager Nathan about the experience and got no reply. My family and I arrived late and had called ahead to let them know our flight was delayed and we needed a carseat. We were given our car quickly but the attendant Riley would not retrieve our carseat until he helped the line of 8-9 people. We pleaded as it was 11pm, our child was sleeping and had a long drive ahead of us. He refused said it didn't matter that we called ahead earlier because we didn't speak to him. We waited and politely asked for our seat once the line was over and he rolled his eyes at us and tried again not to help us because there were other customers approaching the counter. We were firm we could not wait any longer. The entire time the car seats were maybe 2-3 minutes away in a different building. He made it sound like it would have taken him a significant amount of time to retrieve them and that is why he couldnt leave the line to go get them. When he finally got them he didn't let us look through the seats and we ended up leaving with a booster seat that our child is techinically big enough for but it was not the safest option. Instead of having a line of people wait an additional 3 minutes to get our seat he opted to have the only family with a small child in line wait almost 30 minutes delaying our arrival time to our destination. And treating us so poorly rolling his eyes, raising his voice at us, trying to avoid us simply because we needed a carseat we had called ahead of time to reserve. I am not sure why we weren't just as important as the other customers. We choose enterprise for the customer service which has always been better than other rental agencies but not this time. It was very disappointing and compromised our childs safety by getting us on the road even later at night and not giving us appropriate time (an extra 10 seconds) to look through the carseats. There were plenty of ways to avoid this-bringing carseats to the front when we called to reserve one, having the line wait 3 minutes while he retrieved it or the most basic one if we still had to wait which was to be apologetic and kind about not being able to help us right away. Just because we needed a carseat doesnt mean we shouldnt be treated equally like all the other customers he prioritized not having to wait at all for their car.
