- BBBobby Brown3 days ago5.0So there was a huge misunderstanding with my rental when we left Las Vegas yesterday morning. So We got to Fargo airport today expecting a big issue with things. We got to the rental return and explained what had happened to an employee by the name of Jayden, not sure of the spelling,,, but the guy was super helpful and understanding about the situation. He offered to fix the miss-hap and proceeded to do so…. I can’t express how thankful I am for his quick thinking on this. It’s people like him that give hope that good customer service is still a thing. Thank you young man

When I returned the car, I forgot my garage door remote in the car. The young man at the counter offered to go out on this very cold and windy day to retrieve it for me. Great customer service from start to finish of my rental. Highly recommend Enterprise Car Rental!
