- BBBurt BadinskiDec 29, 20253.0I used to come here to get help with a headlight replacement and the staff were cool helping me out. I don't know much about cars and asked for help when my bulb burnt out. The guy told me to YouTube the video. Then I asked for at least some instructions. He gave it to me so I can at least say they helped me with that. I did wait patiently for service for about 10 minutes. I get they are busy and have only a few people on staff. No problem. I guess the good ol' times of helping (physically) replacing the head light are gone. No need to come here anymore since now I can do it on my own. I'll just order the parts online and watch YouTube videos like the employee said. "Stellar" service Autozone. I'll try my luck with the Clover Store (O'Reily's).
