  Not open at 8a.m. Monday like it says. They couldn't find any keys once they did open. Did you look in the key return? Oh there they are. So now no cars have been prepped/cleaned. It is now 9am, and still no cars out the door. So unprofessional. Really surprised that Enterprise isn't ran better than this. I can't rate the cars yet. After an hour, I still don't have one.

  Even short staffed they make it easy to work with them. Friendly and cars are clean and in great condition

  DONT RENT FROM HERE!. Make sure you don't get billed and harassed like I did. I was cautious and took Picture before AND after of my vehicle. When I returned my vehicle. I dropped it off the night before in perfect condition. I then took more picture of the vehicle just to make sure it was the way I got it. I get a call the next day from the representative saying that I was in an accident. I immediately was anxious and worried so I left work and went down to the enterprise office. I spoke with the representative about the desputed claim of a "pushed in fog light". I completed all the paperrwork and updated my contact info and then I left with his card. I called and emailed the representative from the Dickinson office the next week to make sure that I didn't damage the vehicle. He didn't have any info on my case and assured me that I would hear from someone. Another week goes by and I get an email from the dickisnon representative and he said " I took the vehicle into the shop and it was fixed. It sounds like the fog light mounts were broken but it wasn't anything major. I haven't heard anything from the Damage Recovery Unit yet either. My guess is that they will be contacting you today or tomorrow". A week goes by....no calls no emails... 2 weeks go by...no calls or emails... Today, I get a call from enterprise saying that the unpaid bill of $205.00 I have is going to be sent to collections. WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! The person on the phone was horrible! Claiming that I received and read the emails and I didn't get back to her in time! When I told her I haven't received any emails or calls she said "it's your fault and that I you need to check the spam folder because that's where the emails are, and this bill is going into collections! Ridiculous! Horrible customer service! If there is any chance, rent from somewhere else. Avoid the complications I had and the mistreatment I received. *******follow up******* I fought the claim against me. I submitted pictures and completed the accident forms. The bill was nullified and the claim was paid by enterprise. I was not billed and not sent to collections. THANK YOU!! enterprise pulled through! stars go from 1 to 3...
