Don't go here!!!!! WORST experience of my life, in general my experience with Enterprise has been HORRIBLE!!! Where to begin??!! When the auto shop dropped me off (hour half from home) the place was not open, it said be back, I sat almost 2 hours in a lot, waiting. I live in ND, was in SD, had an accident, I was told on my first call a vehicle will arrive with the tow truck. That did not happen, tow man said dispatch told him they couldn't get in touch with location to continue journey. I call back, the mess got worse. It cost me a lot of money and missed work getting back home. Multiple attempts to reach someone at the office, I called other locations, the story is overwhelming and exhausting! I was told from a different location, the employees walked out including management and, surrounding areas were covering the pre-booked ateas, but, she couldn't help me, because it's not her location, she gave me a number to call, again...not their department, Ill transfer you, not their department...see where I'm going....to a dead end. Frustrated, I tried the next day, and after, and again later...nothing. Charges to my credit card, still can't get anything solved. I received a call almost 2 weeks later, asking if I need a rental, I told my story to the lady, she basically was like, not my department. Rental was repaired, a bill was sent to my home, I'm a traveler, not there. I received a phone call in December wanting payment, the same month bill was sent out, and I found email in SPAM. I explained everything that has occurred (too much to put here, I'm being basic) she transferred me to the correct department, I told my story, the lady seemed empathetic, said this is not how we represent our company, several apologies. Told me she is escalating this. Now, I'm receiving threats to collections, not allowed to rent from Alamo, Enterprise and National (no hard feelings here)Still have not HEARD from ANYONE, still have not had my charges refunded, still have not heard how being left in a different state, town of 300, to get myself home, is going to be handled. I have spent hours, Multiple phone calls, I have heard excuses, given absurd reasons, but no resolution. If I could tell the whole story, you would understand my anger and disappointment. I will hitchhike before I ever use this company. My insurance had an account with them, is the only reason I had used them, to begin with. My deductible for the accident they were avidly chasing me for, that truly wasn't that long past due,
per se ,but enough for them to threaten collections with-in a month, has been paid...now for me...September to current and still nothing, we'll, obviously customer service is NOT the company strong point
