  Great automatic car wash. Has a very smooth operation and gets your car pretty clean. Does pretty well with caked on winter grime. Leaves a fairly nice aroma, too. Vacuums and towels for drying available outside. Lots more service available than what I needed today. Nice automated drive up service. License plate reader for fleet service. Really a nice setup.

  Paid 26 dollars for "The Works", only to recieve the bare minimum for the most expensive carwash. The staff is friendly. But the effort and quality of care and work is trash. Not impressed.

  Would give zero but cant. Got text and email for free wash. Went there and was told no. Had to take the "bail out" lane. No offer to help, nothing, just "our location isn't doing that"

  Sadly every time I go to Tommy's my vehicle doesn't actually get cleaned all the way. Everytime, the back is still dirty same with most of the sides of my vehicle. I don't ever let my vehicle get overly dirty and still you can visibly see where it did not get cleaned. This is with "The Works" which is $26. Not worth it.

  Once again tire shine didn't work. Signed up for a member base on that! Stop going the first time base on this problem that consisted for a long time even at the north Bismarck store ...loss of words!! The new manager is amazing and very friendly. Probably the only thing going their
