  easy pick up and return , however as a reformed smoker , i was suprised that the vehicle had apparently been smoked in by the previous user which is ok and not a deal breaker, but needs to be mentioned, Thanks

  I travel to Bismarck for work and I get more points if I go through a different company, but the customer service at the airport Enterprise is worth the difference. Jack is very efficient and a couple times ago the gentleman with a very impressive beard worked hard to fix a bad reservation for me. They always try to get me in the best car.

  I will not use any firm other than enterprise unless i have no other option. I travel for work and rent about 20x per year. Every rental in last 5 yrs has been exceptional. On tge other hand rentals from other companies are tolerable and sometimes horrible. Enterprise staff seem to get the idea that giving half a damn about your customers just doesnt cut it. They are all in and it shows.
