  Sadly every time I go to Tommy's my vehicle doesn't actually get cleaned all the way. Everytime, the back is still dirty same with most of the sides of my vehicle. I don't ever let my vehicle get overly dirty and still you can visibly see where it did not get cleaned. This is with "The Works" which is $26. Not worth it.

  Yesterday I left a bad review because it didn’t get my pickup clean. I went to the cashier window this morning and told them, they said they were having some issues. The gentleman at the window is such a nice guy, has a great personality! Today it got it clean, other then some soap on the back bumper and end gate.

  Great carwash. More recently though the vacuum cleaners have been hit or miss.
